Cooking and Preparation:
The picture above is just a glimpse of how productive are tomatoes were to be this year. Thom spent over a week creating a cage for each plant giving them ample space to grow with plenty of air flow to fight off your typical tomato diseases. Unfortunately this year has been anything but typical. With near constant rain in June and July and Late Blight spreading quickly throughout the northeast we were unable to control the quick demise of our plants. These pictures show the damage that occurred in only three to four days.
