Each week from mid-June thru late October (20 weeks), members of our Summer 2012 CSA receive a box of freshly harvested local organic vegetables. We offer a Full Share for $625 and a Half Share for $425. The Full Share contains an average of $30 of local organic produce, and the Half Share contains an average of $20.
The early season starts with roots and greens --lettuce,arugula,radish,beets,ect. The summer brings on heat loving crops such as tomatoes, peppers, zucchini, and watermelon. In the early fall we have hardy crops such as winter squash, onions, carrots, potatoes, and broccoli, as well as a second round of roots and greens similar to the spring crops. Each week provides us with a unique variety of crops. We are eating with the seasons.
