From left to right, up and down:
This weeks share consists of vitamin greens, pac choi, baby carrots, red bibb lettuce, radish, green bibb lettuce, beets, and kale. The beets are delicious, and also, the beet greens are a special treat at this time of year, -steam them down, throw cold into a hot dish, or toss in a salad or on a sandwhich. The lettuce is beautiful, and has great texture, but the recent hot weather has made it a little bitter. Dress it to your taste. Check the Recipes tab at top right corner of the page for other cooking/serving ideas.
