This week's share consists of arugula, cilantro, beets, garlic, eggplant, peppers, tomatoes, potatoes, and butternut squash, kale, and Beans. The kale has some damage on parts of the leaves but most of it is still fine!
The record setting heat last weekend helped bring on our late crop of green beans. This variety is tender and delicious, and they take Forever to pick!
We are a little over halfway sold out for the Fall/Spring Share, so don't procrastinate much longer.
